Although the domestic valve manufacturing enterprises have modern equipment, can achieve automatic operation, even some Western enterprises are dwarfed. However, the casting equipment of the valve enterprise is relatively poor, and the casting process means are backward in the casting steel, iron, aluminum, copper, composite materials and other valve products, resulting in a serious waste of resources.

Most valve manufacturers can not independently carry out effective seismic analysis of the valve, commissioned design schools to carry out seismic analysis, only individual manufacturers more complete grasp of the valve stress calculation and seismic analysis, valve fatigue analysis, and impact resistance analysis, to a certain extent, restricting the level of domestic manufacturers R & D ability to improve.
